At CGSL The Automation & Delivery Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving innovation across AI, Banking, and Robotics. This position is focused on designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and enable businesses to stay competitive in a digital-first world.
- AI Banking: Design and implement AI-powered solutions in the financial sector, including fraud detection, smart credit scoring, personalized customer engagement, and intelligent chatbots.
- Agentic AI & Automation: Deploy AI agents that autonomously plan, decide, and execute workflows, integrating seamlessly with robotics and human oversight to complete end-to-end business processes.
- Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of AI and robotics solutions aligned with business goals.
- Analyze operational workflows across industries to identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with IoT, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Advise management and clients on leveraging emerging AI technologies to achieve strategic growth.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, robotics, and financial technologies, translating research into practical solutions that give clients a competitive edge.
- Change Management & Training: Guide organizations through digital transformation by providing stakeholder training, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop strategies to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in AI, robotics, and automation with practical knowledge of machine learning, IoT, and cloud integration.
- Experience in financial services, banking technology, or industrial automation is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend AI-driven transformation strategies.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills with the ability to oversee multiple AI/automation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
- Innovation mindset with the ability to research and apply emerging AI, robotics, and financial technologies into business solutions.
