Responsibilities
At CGSL we are looking to add a Business Operation Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating business workflows, identifying process gaps, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Review sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Support the setup and management of online marketplace operations, including product listings, order processing, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with teams to design digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement and customer retention.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure ROI, seasonal trends, and overall business performance.
- Advise management on resource allocation, staffing needs, and day-to-day operational priorities.
- Contribute to the planning of wholesale and private label product launches, as well as future VA service offerings.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and managerial skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in analyzing business data, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing practices is an asset.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
